How we got here
Started out of frustration
After launching stores with off-the-shelf themes that broke in production, Alex built the first Xydon-Ecom template for a client and put it up for sale. It sold 40 copies in the first month.
Custom builds + template marketplace
Brought on Mia, Jordan, and Sam. Launched the custom build service alongside the full template catalogue across 6 industry verticals — and crossed 100 completed stores.
Scaling across India
10+ stores, 10K+ templates sold, and we're now taking on clients pan-India — not just where we started. Same small team, same direct-access way of working, wider reach.

Built his first Shopify store in 2018. Spent 4 years as a senior Liquid developer at a London agency before starting Xydon-Ecom. Obsessed with page speed and checkout flow optimisation.
Ex-Figma product designer with 7 years in e-commerce UI. Every template design starts with conversion data, not aesthetics. Figma, Framer, and brand identity work.
Full-stack developer specialising in Shopify 2.0, custom app development, and platform migrations. Has moved 80+ stores from WooCommerce without a single hour of downtime.
Analytics-first growth thinker. Ran growth at two VC-backed DTC brands before joining Xydon-Ecom. Every recommendation is backed by data — heatmaps, session recordings, and A/B results.
