How we got here
Started out of frustration
After launching 20+ stores with off-the-shelf themes that broke in production, Alex built the first Xydon-Ecom template for a client and put it up for sale. It sold 40 copies in the first month.
First 100 custom stores
Word spread. SMEs that couldn't afford a £50K agency needed a real developer. We launched the custom build service and hit 100 completed stores by December.
Template marketplace + team
Brought on Mia, Jordan, and Sam. Launched the full template catalogue with 6 industry verticals. First month: 2,000 template sales.
Where we are now
10+ stores, 10K+ templates sold, and a team focused on one thing: making Shopify work properly for growing brands.
