Drippin
Shopify build for a wellness brand selling IV-inspired hydration drink pouches.

Project Details
Results
Drippin was relaunching as POUCH — repositioning from a generic drink-pouch brand into a premium "IV-inspired" wellness ritual, with three product lines (WellDrip+, SkinRevive+, Hydration+) that each needed ingredient-level storytelling. The old store had a single flat product template, no subscription option, and couldn't explain why a drinkable pouch was worth the same trust as an IV — a hard sell without the right page structure.
We rebuilt the storefront around the ritual: a dark, fluid-glass homepage that sets the premium tone, then a PDP template built for education-first selling — ingredient spotlight cards (Hyaluronic Acid, Glutathione, Vitamin E) with sourcing notes, a one-time vs. subscribe & save 15% toggle, and a cross-sell rail ("Have you thought of these?") pulling in complementary formulas. A sticky cart drawer keeps subscription upsells visible through checkout, and an FAQ system was built specifically to answer the objection every visitor has: how does a drinkable compare to actual IV therapy.

Process
Discovery & Scope
Audited the old single-template store and mapped out the three product lines, their ingredient claims, and the subscribe-vs-one-time decision every buyer needed to make before touching Shopify.
Design & Build
Built the fluid-glass homepage, a modular PDP with ingredient spotlight cards and subscription toggle, collection filtering by formula type, and a sticky mobile cart drawer with cross-sell slots.
Launch & Integrations
Wired up Shopify Subscriptions for the subscribe & save flow, Shop Pay + Shopify Payments, GA4 and Meta Pixel events on add-to-cart and subscription opt-in, and an FAQ accordion covering IV-therapy comparison questions.
Performance & CRO
Compressed and lazy-loaded the hero water-drop renders, trimmed checkout to fewer steps, and surfaced the subscribe & save badge earlier in the PDP — cutting bounce rate 22% and lifting add-to-cart 41%.
The ingredient storytelling and subscription toggle changed how people shop the site — a third of buyers now subscribe instead of one-time purchasing. The build paid for itself in the first month.
